The Walsh College Master of Science in Strategic Leadership (MSSL) degree program focuses on developing a firm understanding of the full spectrum of leadership principles from the individual to the team; from the team to the organization within a strategic context. In the world of organizations, the best leaders combine motivational and interpersonal skills with a detailed understanding of ethics, organizational learning, communications, understanding variation, visioning and strategy.
The MSSL program is designed to give individuals the skills necessary to become strategic leaders in their fields. This offers students the opportunity to become successful leaders whether they work in large or small organizations; public, private, profit or non-profit and provides specialized skills and knowledge of leadership theories and practices along with advanced practical skills using techniques such as role playing exercises.
